Knowledge Sharing Program(KSP)

Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) is a development cooperation model based on Korea’s development experience and provides various support to partner countries, such as policy research, advisory and training programs customized to their development phase and needs.
CID has provided long-term contributions to establishing an effective project system based on years of experience in international development cooperation projects.
The impact of KSP goes far beyond policy recommendations. KSP aims to deliver the solutions for institution building, and operational knowledge to help build the capacity. Moreover, KSP plays the role as an international bridge builder between partner countries to international organizations, multilateral development banks, and the private sector and other key development players.
From 2004 to 2025, more than 1,800 policy consultations and capacity building workshops had been completed in 106 countries.

The Economic Innovation Partnership Program (EIPP), an extended version of KSP, aims to seize opportunities for economic cooperation between Korea and partner countries and promote Korea’s private sector expansion into overseas markets. The program contains project planning, a (preliminary) feasibility study, an infrastructure project, and resource financing. CID, as the coordinating agency, has selected areas for economic growth and cooperation and arranges comprehensive support and has contributed to conduct the strategy of EIPP.
